  CNN/FOX news lost my respect years ago. They are too concerned with kissing butt and reporting non-news type items than what is really happening in the world. What happened to the true news broadcasters like Walter Cronkite that weren't afraid of what others thought of what they said?

  annoying the JWs

  yesterday i saw a couple of witnesses from my local kingdom hall offering out tracts right outside of a church, i knew i had to walk passed them and i didn't want to give them the satisfaction of ignoring me, so just to spite/shock them i walked straight into the church, stayed there for a few minutes then walked back out again.. has anyone ever done anything ridiculous or childish just to annoy them?

  I was going to comment about how the dubs would act if another religion was handing out tracts out side of a Kingdum hall but someone already mentioned it. I am sure they would make a big deal of it and even go so far as calling the cops..

  As long as the outcome works out better in the end but by changing the course of history you could ultimately change things for the worse not better. Maybe the person that takes over as Nazi leader is 10 times worse than Hitler. Best to leave history alone.

  I understand the point he is making that it would probably costs less lives to take out an "evil" person but for a so called "Christian" to condone such tactics is not credible. Then again, it may lead to a bloody civil war that in the end would cost just as many or more lives. With these types of fanatical religious people around, that is why I have no use for any religions.

  i work in a bookstore that specializes in buying its goods directly from the public second-hand and reselling them at half price.. .

  it is a large chain of 83 stores in 8 states and does about 100 million a year.. .

  i'm in charge of the religion and the philosophy sections.. .

  That would have ticked me off to. Sometimes it is so hard not to get into religious discussions with people like this. I had a religious friend tell me that I would be so much better of a person if I would only accept Jesus in my heart.
